A service designed for working people and early risers, the service is 15 minutes long and includes times of silent prayer, the reading of a psalm or other Scripture passage, and informal communion around the table. A way to center yourself in God’s Spirit before tackling the obligations of the day. Coffee to go.
“Casually Liturgical.” We sing in a variety of musical styles from hymns to jazz. We pray and reflect on the day’s Scripture readings. We share our joys and concerns that help us be a community of support for one another. An Adult forum for the discussion of contemporary issues is held before worship (September through May) and Christian nurture opportunities for children are held at various times each Sunday.
